25lbs of tender, flavorful, beef from rotationally-grazed, grass-raised and grass-finished cows. It’s a process that starts months earlier in the field, but results in a cow that’s healthier—for you and for the environment.

Just think about the possibilities: burgers on the grill, perfectly cooked, medium-rare steaks, and roasts the whole family can enjoy!

The Beef Box includes and assortment of cuts including approximately 50% ground beef, 30% ribs and roasts, and 20% steaks.

Special requests can be made during checkout.

Bones, offal, and beef fat can be purchased separately

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

• Order your 25lb box of pasture raised, grass fed and finished beef.
• You will receive an email confirming your order.
• When your order is ready, we will reach out to set-up shipping or schedule a time you can pick your order up from Big Spring Farm. Please keep in mind that shipping is not included in your order total, and will be calculated when your order is processed. See below for details.

A WORD ABOUT PICK-UPS, DROP-OFFS, & SHIPPING…

Pick-up: Orders can be picked up at Big Spring Farm. Once your order is ready, we will reach out to set-up a convenient time frame for it to be picked up.

Drop-off Locations: Drop-off locations within a 250 mile radius of Big Spring Farm will be determined based on orders.

Shipping: We can ship meat boxes of 50lbs or less wherever FedEx and UPS deliver in the contiguous United States; however, shipping will not be calculated until your order is ready to be shipped due to the impact COVID has had on logistics. Your order will be shipped using 2-day shipping in a container that will keep your meat fresh throughout its journey.
